eDeck, Inc. 50-Year Limited Warranty
|
eDeck, Inc. warrants that our durable exterior products, limited to Ipe decking, Garapa decking, and Ipe Deck Tiles will not suffer structural damage due to:
for a period of 50 years from the date of consumer purchase from eDeck, Inc.
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear - wood products may show amounts of checking and movement, and are prone to weathering.
- Installation - Improper installation can cause boards to buckle, cup, split and crack.
- Re-installation - if replacement boards are required due to a warranted defect
- Any cost related to lack of use
- Maintenance - While these products are low maintenance, they are not without maintenance.
Failure to maintain the product will result in the degradation of the structure and could accelerate wear and tear.
- Other structural boards not purchased from eDeck, Inc.
- Damage to boards purchased from eDeck, Inc. caused by failure of structures or boards purchased by other companies
The above remedy is exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies, expressed, implied, or statutory, including by not limited
to any and all other obligations, liabilities, whether in contract or in tort, all of which are express disclaimed. In no instance
shall the warrantor be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages of any kind.
In order to validate your warranty, you must Email Us or mail the following information within 60 days of
installation to eDeck, Inc., Attn: Warranty Activation, 4112 Billy Mitchell Drive, Suite 200, Addison, TX 75001.
